Breaking Records with the Solo Motorsports 624HP Time Attack BMW 135i

The boost side features a TiAL blow off valve instead of the EFR’s integrated unit.

The DOC Race manifold features dual wastegates, and Solo again employs TiAL for this work. A pair of 44mm units dump through very short exits right underneath the car, which makes it sound quite interesting when it’s on track at full tilt.

Solo fabricated their own downpipe in house. It’s connected to an exhaust system that they also fabricated using components from Vibrant.

The car features a stock-looking muffler, also from Vibrant, with a single outlet that’s been split to dual tips to maintain a factory-ish look.

The intake charge flows through VR Speed Factory (VRSF) charge pipes. It also features a VRSF intercooler.

The VRSF Stepped Race intercooler is massive, featuring a 7.5” core.
