The piston valve and the shaft/rod assembly are now ready to go.
The bolt holding the foot valve assembly together is now placed in the assembly fixture.
The washer stack dictated by the BOM is now started first on one side of the valve body.
Then the other.  The foot valve mostly controls the compression damping.
Like the piston valve, the foot valve's damping characteristics are dictated by the size, orientation and thickness of the washer/shim stack.
The shims and washers are now all pre assembled and ready to go.
