Professional Awesome has been working with James to improve the effectiveness of the car's aerodynamics. For 2017, an APR Performance GT1000 dual element wing has been added. Plus, the small trunk wing.
The supports go right through the trunk/hatch lid and tie into the car's frame to provide all kinds of strength.

At the rear of the car, an APR Performance GT1000 wing provided increased downforce. This dual element wing gave further grip and was part of the aero plan developed by the team at Professional Awesome. The K-Tuned shocks, installed last year and performed exactly as James wanted, were all ready to handle the intended downforce … and then some.
More weight reduction as the rear 1/4 window glass was removed.
Another winter update was routing the exhaust through the passenger side door. Last season the exhaust was a rear centre exit that was routed through the cabin.
