The gusset is checked for fit and then clamped in place.
The gusset is Tig spot welded with the clamps on to position the part.
With the spot welding done, the final fit is confirmed, then the gusset is fully welded in place.
The welds are skipped around to keep as much heat out of the tubing as much as possible.
The completed door bar gussets look great! They are also a lot stronger.
