Here are the completed gussets.

The area that the guessets were welded to was cleaned and stripped to prep it for welding.

The gussets were tack welded in place.

Here is the tack welded gusset to verify fit.

The gusset is welded in place.  This will spread out any loads over the strong frame rail, the tubes, and the floor of the car.  This is the passenger-side gusset.

Here is the driver’s side gusset.
