Not enough grip?  These Hoosiers should do the trick on the 1972 Caldwell Formula Vee.

 

A 1923cc carbureted engine powers this Formula Vee.  It looks like the exhaust headers have SwainTech White Lightning thermal barrier coating. 

 

This 1963 Chevrolet Corvair “Rampside” pickup uses about the same size cylinders as the Formula Vee, but has six of them instead of four.

 

Heading a little further back into time, we have these two creations.

 

A 14L, 6-cylinder engine is under the hood.  Those are some modern diesel engine specs!
