Another surge tank and high mounted breather purges air from the top of the radiator.  
This sheet metal enclosure in the back of the car is referred to as the oven by the crew.  The oven contains the battery, engine oil cooler and fans, the dry sump tank and the fuel cell.  The oven is ventilated by the two vents you see heading upwards towards the rear window.
NACA ducts cut into the lexan rear window feed the vents leading to the oven.

The fuel cell lives on the other side of the driveshaft.
Engine control and data logging are handled by a Motec M1 ECU with a Motec PDM handling power distribution and circuit protection duty simply and cleanly.  James Lin Motorsports made the Mil spec Raychem wiring harness and configured the car's ECU and data system.
