The rear end uses Cosmis Racing XT-206R wheels in 18×9.5 with a 10mm offset. The wheel is shod with a Nexen N'Fera SUR4 tire in 275/40-18. The new Nexens have a ton of grip and are very competitive.
The front end uses an XT-206R Cosmis racing wheel in a 5mm offset. A 17″ wheel is used to make more room for steering angle.A 235/40-17 Nexen N'Fera SUR4 tire does steering duty while leaving a lot of room for the extreme angle created by the Wisefab suspension.
Modern pro drifting requires a lot of steering angle that allows the drivers to pull off the spectacular driving demanded by the judges with pinpoint control.
We photographed Alec's car on media day and Alec was running without the cool looking Get Nuts Superdoof bodywork. Sorry, no beauty shots from us but at least you get to look at the cool parts under the skin!
