Forrest Wang’s Get Nuts Lab! Nissan S15 Drift Car

Custom valved Stance XR3 3-way shocks are found on the back of the car. The shocks are equipped with Sprint Springs.
The XR3 remote reservoirs are found on the inside frame rails where the high and low speed compression damping adjusters are easily accessible.
The rear diff is a Winters Quick Change with a locked solid Spool differential and a huge, strong 10.5″ ring gear.  Quick change diffs are the norm for pro drift cars these days.

Super strong Drive Shaft Shop axles with 300M shafts and 930 style CV joints take the power to the wheels. Power from the engine to the diff is transferred via a lightweight and shock absorbing carbon fiber Drive Shaft Shop driveshaft.

The rear brakes use dual Wilwood Dynapro 4 piston calipers on drilled solid rotors with alloy hats.  One set of calipers is controlled by the brake pedal while the other uses the cylinder on the ASD drift brake lever.
The rear wheels are Advan RDII’s in 18×10″ and a 25mm offset. The tires are Hankook RS3’s in 265/40-18.
The front brakes also use Willwood Dynapro calipers with solid sprint car Wilwood drilled rotors on alloy hats. The Advan RSII wheels are 17×9 with a 35mm offset with a 245/40-17 Hankook RS3 tire.
A Wilwood pedal box and balance bar is used with dual master cylinders for perfect mechanical proportioning. The master cylinders are top hung.  A nice alloy fabricated dead pedal gives Forest something to brace against.
The fluid reservoirs for the dual brake master cylinders and the clutch are inside the cowl where they are shielded from engine heat.
