The pedal area is quite bare without the carpet in place. The steering shaft is tucked up and away from the pedals and does not obstruct your feet from working the three pedals when driving. This quality engineering isn’t often seen in cars today.
With the original carpet removed, the wear and tear becomes more noticeable.
Up-close, the carpet does not look as pristine as it did in the car.

Up-close, the loop carpet looks and feels of much higher quality. It’s a bit thicker and not as dense as the original carpet.
