The first step was to adhere the new carpet to the original center tunnel carpet panels. We decided to take this to a professional interior shop to have them use industrial adhesive to glue the new carpet to the original panels.
We decided to trim the new carpet ourselves.
With a little patience and a razor blade, we meticulously cut the new carpet down to size.
After a little bit of time, our center tunnel panels were perfectly trimmed.
From the opposite side, the carpet looked great and was ready to be installed.
