The rear brakes use 4-piston Brembo calipers with vented 2-piece rotors. All of the dampers have shock pots fitted to gather data for the suspension tuning. The rear sway bar uses blades to adjust the stiffness.
Trans Am cars use a rear axle similar to stock cars. You can see hoses going into the top of the diff to circulate the fluid to the cooler. The rear air jacks are located at the back of the passenger compartment.
Next to the rear axle on the passenger side is the oil tank for the engine dry sump system.
The rear trailing arm is mounted down low.
Winning cars require a winning team. One of the crew spins the dry sump to circulate the oil during car prep.
