The big pipe coming off the top of the driver side header is the cross-over pipe to the passenger side header.
Each header has a separate exhaust out the side.
A Holley carb feeds a GM intake manifold. For the younglings, that’s an MSD distributor cap on the backside of the engine.
The upper right pulley is for the power steering pump. The crank pulley is an ATI Superdamper.
Carburetors and the lack of driver aids in Trans Am mean there are only a few buttons on the steering wheel. No buttons or knobs for traction control, ABS, stability, fuel mapping, boost, etc.
The ‘radio’ button on the wheel allows the driver to communicate with the whole crew outfitted with radios.
