Turbocharging the Nissan MR20DD Engine, Part 5, Putting It All Together!

A close-up view of how great this assembly fits in very little space.  Even the injector angle is close to optimal.

Everything is neat and tidy and almost indistinguishable from the stock parts around it!

The fuel for the additional injectors was taken right before the high-pressure pump, in line with the OEM lift pump.  The OEM lift pump was replaced by a 340 LHP Deatschwerks pump in the stock pump in-tank hanger.  This should provide enough fuel even with our anticipated flex fuel use.

The fuel line goes from the inlet of the high-pressure pump to the JWT fuel rail.

You can see the AN fittings plugging the line into the rail.  The fuel deadheads in the rail and there is no return line.
