Turbocharging the Nissan MR20DD Engine, Part 5, Putting It All Together!

A short hose run is all that’s needed to feed oil from the main galley to the turbo.  We covered all the lines in heat sleeve to protect them.

The oil drain leads back to an area where we could tap into the block as we discussed in the first article.

 

The engine and turbo system is looking pretty good.

The engine, the turbo system, the additional injectors, and all of the external plumbing are very clean, giving the engine a factory-engineered look!

The Garrett G25-550 turbo looks like Nissan put it there in production.
