PRI 2016: Part 5
Let’s see…twin turbocharging, supercharging, methanol injection, AND nitrous? How psychotic do you have to be to build something like this? We’ll have more on this in the later pages.

PRI 2016: Part 5

In PRI 2016 Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4 we featured a ton of parts and a plethora of racecars. In this installment we not only have more parts to show you, but we also take a more in-depth look at some of the world's most highly advanced racecars. Let’s get started!

I know we said racecars, but this one streetcar deserves our respect. This 1970 Chevy Nova may look like just a nice PPG paint job with shaved door handles and nice wheels…

…but we bet it’s a hoot to drive with its 370 cubic inch HED-built LS3, NW 102 throttle bodies, and Kook’s & Customs exhaust- which is all good for a reported 650hp.

The Nova was built by Customs by BigUn, who fully updated the interior with Freeman’s car stereo parts and Autometer gauges. The car sat in the JRi shocks booth, and it’s running on a Detroit Speed suspension with JRi hydraulic ride height control and JRide.
