Project V8 RX-7: More Oiling Insurance from Improved Racing, Accusump and Earl’s (Part 2 of 2)

,

The hose used to build the lines from the Accusump to the front of the car plus the two from the thermostat to the oil cooler and T-fitting added up to exactly 20 feet!  Without hose remaining to make the one last connection between the oil cooler outlet to the T-fitting we had to make a special trip to the Earl’s plumbing store nearby to buy another foot of Pro-Lite 350 hose.
In the end we only needed about 11 inches of it (twss).
Our last hose completed!
We placed another rivet nut in the front support so we could secure the T-fitting in place using another loom clamp.
We had to tilt the T-fitting a little to kick the bottom to the left so it wouldn’t interfere with the opening of the bumper.
With the Rocketbunny front bumper back on the oil cooler is pretty close to the duct opening.  That will surely limit the surface area of cooler getting fresh air so some sort of shroud is in order here.
