The rotor is moved in this position so the eccentric shaft can be installed.
Kyle gets the eccentric shaft ready for installation.
Kyle lowers the eccentric shaft into position.
The eccentric shaft in place.  Rotaries are almost boring, no sexy parts like forged pistons, big valves, billet cranks and trick connecting rods!
The apex seals are slid downwards into place with the two tension springs on the inside toward the rotor.
