On a partially drying track, #8 Hohnadell would take on #25 Rintanen. Hohnadell would advance.
Things didn't go quite well for everyone, as the weird and changing conditions made for a challenging track surface. #9 Justin Pawlak would end up in the litter when leading #24 Jeff Jones.
With Jones in the lead, Justin Pawlak struggled to overcome his incomplete, and Jeff would take the win.
Matt Field would earn a bye run with his #4 qualifying spot.
