Nerd’s Eye View: SEMA 2014 Part I

There was this BBI modified Porsche in the CSF booth. BBI had quite the presence at SEMA this year.
The wheels were mounted with this center locking kit from Gallade. I don’t know how much they cost, but I am guessing they are pricey…
This partially built 1967 Porsche 67 S RT from Magnus Walker was on display.
KW made the front struts for the car. It’s interesting to me how much material is carved out of the spacer attached to the brake disc.
Here you can see the rear sway bar arrangement with the rear suspension. There’s not much to the rear suspension design; two pivot points at the front of the arm and the rear strut locating the rear.
The graduation marks allow for fine tuning the angle of the rear arm.
