The new look is a great enhancement over the original, and the smell of neoprene is actually better than old leather. Plus, unlike leather these seats won’t get hot or cold anymore!
Wet Okole offers a variety of different colors and patters you can use in an E46 M3. And, while they don’t offer seats for the rear (they do for the E36, and they even used my car as the fitment car back in 1998!), we’re hoping to change that soon.
In order to remove the armrest, start by removing the ashtray first.
Then remove the two Phillips screws.
Pry the console up with a screwdriver.
Remove the spring retaining clip with a pair of pliers.
