This is another set of holes on the trunk lid Irwin will be getting rid of, which is where the Toyota logo attaches to.

Tada! I wasn’t planning on putting on any of the Toyota logos back on.

The larger hole on the right-rear quarter panel for the antenna was also shaved for a more up-to-date look. This is what Irwin uses to do this job. By welding this piece of metal onto the body of the car, and shaving it down, he’s able to keep it very uniform.

Here’s the portion with the antenna hole shaved down, ready for paint.

This picture showed evidence that the first group that painted this car while in California didn’t bother to remove the door handles. Irwin wasn’t too pleased to see that.
